Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Field Sales team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Life & Wealth Advisor, you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver valuable solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.
- Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients at their convenience.
- Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools.
- Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.
- Expand your external network by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centres of influence.
- Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet established targets.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
- Life License (HLLQP/LLQP) Insurance of persons certification or willingness to complete it prior to start date.
- Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and strong ambition to succeed.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Professional sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Digital literacy using various systems and tools.
