    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Reports
    • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required by management and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Education and Certification
    • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
    • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
    • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
