About the Role:As a Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical care to clients in their homes, while also supervising and mentoring a team of caregivers. You will work closely with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct client care and supervision of caregivers
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and provide support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Recruit, train, and mentor caregivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial nursing regulatory body
- Valid CPR certification
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in community nursing, with progressive responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
