Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of barbers, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
- Operations Management: Plan and control the barbershop's budget, inventory, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, addressing their concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
