**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the shop, including overseeing staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their needs and addressing any concerns or issues
- Sanitize and maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Coordinate appointments and manage the front desk activities
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Implement strategies to increase retail sales and upsell products or services

**Job Wage: 28.50 per hour with 40 hours a week**

Experience**:Minimum 5 years**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hair salon or beauty industry
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff members
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and cash handling
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to maximize revenue
