About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with senior management and leaders to develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and cultural shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive business transformation
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Lead change-related assessments and use the outcomes to influence the organization and project in designing tailored change programs
- Develop and implement communication plans and deliverables in support of key operational or project initiatives
- Ensure the alignment of change management activities within project plans to smooth the adoption process, resulting in successful implementation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years' experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager, and/or Management Consultant role, on medium to large transformational projects
- 8+ years' demonstrated experience in development of training, communication, and change management programs and plans
- 8+ years' experience identifying and assessing change impacts to the organization's business processes, people, and technology solutions
- Strong understanding of change management industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, with a certification in industry-standard change management methodology (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.) considered an asset
