About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with senior management and leaders to develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and cultural shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive business transformation
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead change-related assessments and provide recommendations to influence organizational design and project planning
  • Develop and deliver training programs, communication plans, and change management initiatives to support key operational or project initiatives
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities within project plans to smooth the adoption process
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager, and/or Management Consultant role, with a focus on medium to large transformational projects
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training, communication, and change management programs and plans
  • Strong understanding of change management industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, with a certification in industry-standard change management methodology (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.) considered an asset
  • Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of organizations
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
