Join Our Team as a Senior Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team at Mariner Innovations Inc. As a key member of our Change Management Practice, you will work closely with our clients to drive successful business outcomes through effective change management.

About the Role

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading change programs and projects, building capabilities with client leaders and teams, and enabling them to understand how change impacts people and organizations. You will perform change-related assessments, develop and implement change management strategies and plans, and create and execute quality communication plans and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change programs and projects, building capabilities with client leaders and teams
  • Enable leaders and teams to understand how change impacts people and organizations
  • Perform change-related assessments, using outcomes to influence the organization and project in designing tailored change programs
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, and create and execute quality communication plans and deliverables
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities within project plans to smooth the adoption process, resulting in successful implementation
  • Ensure that client leaders and teams are actively engaged in the change, consulted, and communicated with
  • Be an active and visible coach to project team members and client leaders/team members
  • Report to leadership the status of change progress and plans, effectively escalating risks and action plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager, and/or Management Consultant role, on medium to large transformational projects
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in development of training, communication, and change management programs and plans
  • 8+ years of experience identifying and assessing change impacts to the organization's business processes, people, and technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of change management industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, with a certification in industry-standard change management methodology (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.) considered an asset
  • Experience in a consulting environment is considered an asset
  • Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of organizations
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Curious and creative; able to explain your ideas and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Well-organized and dependable under pressure; able to manage your time effectively
