Home Support Specialist Opportunity in Prince Rupert, BC

Northern Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Home Support Specialist to join our team in Prince Rupert, BC.

About the Role

As a Home Support Specialist, you will be part of an interprofessional health care team, providing home support services to clients in accordance with a pre-established care plan. Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients with activities of daily living, promoting maximum independence, and ensuring the well-being of individuals and families.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from a recognized Home Support Attendant/Resident Care Aid Program
  • Registration with the BC Care Aid & Community Health Worker Registry
  • Valid Class 5 BC Drivers' License
  • Certificates in CPR, First Aid, and Food Safe
  • Use of personal vehicle
  • Or equivalent combination of current education, training, and experience

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
