Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at FSJ Mattress World Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including staff management, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and ensure that the store is stocked with the right products.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Oversee payroll administration, including scheduling and timekeeping.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the store is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
