Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to maximize sales potential.
- Authorize Returns: Make informed decisions regarding merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Work Environment: Our store operates 35-40 hours per week, and we offer relocation assistance to support our team members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
