Requirements:
- Proven experience in kitchen management and inventory control
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent culinary skills, including large batch cooking and catering
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary institution is an asset
- Previous experience working in community-based organizations or with marginalized populations is a plus
