About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Sales Associate to join our team at RONA+. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display Maintenance: Ensure that all product displays are well-maintained, clean, and free of damage.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work with our merchandising team to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in the best possible light.
  • Stock Availability: Ensure that all products are properly stocked and available for customers to purchase.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our merchandising team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Project Execution: Execute all assigned projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Basic Arithmetic Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations, including addition and subtraction.
  • Computer Literacy: Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Merchandising Experience: Six months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work standing, bending, sitting, and/or walking continuously, and to lift and move objects that weigh up to 50lbs.
