About the Role:

The Merchandising Sales Associate is a key member of our team at RONA+, responsible for ensuring our store displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase our products. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product displays to meet merchandising standards
  • Communicate with the Merchandising Service team to prioritize and schedule projects
  • Review and complete assigned WIRE merchandise reset and service tasks
  • Ensure reset merchandise is stocked, fronted, and priced according to planogram
  • Provide project information and updates to the Merchandising Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
  • 6 months of experience in product merchandising, including reading planograms and setting up displays
  • Experience operating power equipment, such as lifts and order pickers
  • Working knowledge of basic tools, such as hand tools and drills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a standard schedule from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work standing, bending, and walking continuously
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs
