Job Title: Financial Markets Operations Specialist

Join National Bank as a Financial Markets Operations Specialist and contribute to the evolution and execution of financial markets business strategy and wealth management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the transformation of the Bank.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Process and analyze distributions generated by securities, taking into account deadlines and various variables.
  • Follow up on activities, ensuring compliance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Produce reports and statistics, ensuring data integrity.
  • Interact with various sectors of the Bank and more experienced professionals to offer technical support.
  • Provide useful information for decision-making and make recommendations to improve systems and work processes.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of new work systems and processes.
Your Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team of 20 colleagues within the Dividends sector of the Market Events team. Our team is known for its collaborative environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Prerequisites:
  • Three-year college or university degree or academic equivalent, and four years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of securities and various financial products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Initiative, organization, speed, and precision.
