Your Responsibilities:- Process and analyze distributions generated by securities, taking into account deadlines and various variables.
- Follow up on activities, such as reconciliation and resolution of differences, and ensure compliance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Produce various reports and statistics, ensuring data integrity.
- Interact with various sectors of the Bank and more experienced professionals to offer technical support for processing carried out.
- Provide useful information for decision-making and make recommendations to improve systems and work processes.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of new work systems and processes.
You will be part of a dynamic team of 20 colleagues within the Dividends sector of the Market Events team, reporting to the team manager. Our team is known for its collaborative environment and opportunities for growth and development.
