Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in our IT Asset Disposition and Recycling business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share in the IT Asset Disposition industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including Fortune 500 companies and other major organizations.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  4. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT Asset Disposition industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  7. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the IT Asset Disposition industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the IT Asset Disposition industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
