Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at PA Nails Salon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Reporting and Requisition: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
