About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Safety: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
