Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Nice Nails Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
