We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nice Nails Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Clients: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, directing them to contacts or service areas, and obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending invoices, maintaining work records and logs, receiving and issuing payments, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide customer service.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating organized and multitasking skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on permanent employment and 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
