We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nice Nails Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
