McLean Hospital is a renowned psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services in the Boston area and beyond.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of patient care and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and have experience with medical terminology and EPIC or similar clinical information systems. A proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient schedules and appointments, maintaining unit supplies and equipment, and contributing to the efficient operations of the unit. You will also participate in orienting new nursing staff and other AUA staff to the unit, respond to emergency situations, and compile accurate statistical and quality assurance unit data.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with a standard day shift schedule. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
