About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our Community Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our commercial banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of commercial banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of client services.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial banking or a related industry.
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
