Mortgage Servicing Specialist
At Community Trust, we are committed to helping our customers achieve financial stability and security. As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Discharge Statement Preparation: Accurately prepare and send discharge statements to law firms, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Cash Management: Perform cash management tasks, including posting payout proceeds and processing manual payments as required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a financial services environment.
- Education: Post-secondary education preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with an acute attention to accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
