Job Description

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at S.T ALI INVESTMENTS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
  • Train and supervise other workers to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to increase productivity

As an experienced Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment status
  • Fluency in English (working language)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
