Job Title: Carpenter Supervisor

Portfolio Contracting Inc is seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of carpenters and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other construction personnel
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train and develop the skills of carpenters and other construction personnel
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Set up and maintain equipment and tools
  • Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field
