Water Infrastructure Project Lead

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the design and construction of various water infrastructure projects. Your expertise in structural engineering and project management will be essential in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage small to large-scale water infrastructure projects from conceptual design to construction and operation.
- Oversee the execution of projects involving dams, hydraulic structures, municipal stormwater management infrastructure, irrigation canals, flood protection works, earth retention structures, river diversion works, surface drainage management facilities, hydro power facilities, and slope stabilization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of project results.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- No less than 8 years of experience in the design and construction of dams, hydraulic structures, and other water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply building and design codes to structural designs.
- Proficiency in using structural analysis software programs such as Midas, RISA, and SAP.
- Ability to administer construction contracts, including completing submittals review and site inspections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to clients and peers.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead others to deliver high-quality project results on time and within budget.

We offer a competitive salary: CAD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
