Job Title: Field Services Technician

At Verra Mobility, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for installing, relocating, repairing, and maintaining digital Photo Enforcement solutions for municipal Public Safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain digital Photo Enforcement equipment
  • Repair and troubleshoot issues with Photo Enforcement systems
  • Ensure equipment meets strict standards for uptime and performance
  • Work independently or at the direction of a supervisor to identify and resolve system performance issues
Requirements:
  • Two-to-three year college program completion in electronics, engineering, or computer science
  • Related work experience of 3+ years
  • Experience in digital photography, network installation, and computer technology
  • Ability to work outside with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Work Environment:

The Field Services Technician will be regularly exposed to outside weather conditions year-round, such as wet and/or humid environments, cold and/or heat, dusty and noisy work environments. Noise levels will typically be moderate to moderately loud. Technicians regularly work near moving traffic and occasional night work with reduced visibility.
