Job Title: Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver in the Markham region. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against packing slips and other documents.
  • Move items to assigned racking and prepare them for shipment by verifying order details, picking material, and packaging and labeling requirements.
  • Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Deliver raw materials to production when requested.
  • Collect shelf life and lot number information for tracking and traceability purposes.
  • Maintain internal record-keeping systems.
  • Retrieve quality documentation.
  • Pack manufactured goods for shipment.
  • Perform basic housekeeping of the Shipping area.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good physical fitness, as the role requires both sitting and standing operations (max weight 40lbs).
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and listening skills, with a good command of the English language.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience preparing international shipments, including customs documents.
  • Extensive knowledge of major couriers and their software systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate a safety-conscious mindset.
  • High standards of professionalism and work ethics.
  • Ability to be a team player.
