Warehouse Manager Job Description

Accusonic Corporation seeks a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. This role requires a strong background in logistics and a proven ability to manage a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Statistics: Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving schedules, and stockroom organization.
  • Client Needs: Assess client needs and recommend appropriate goods or services, utilizing sales forecasting software to inform decisions.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that products are readily available for distribution.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, inventory, and customer service, resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
