Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at A & I Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and labourers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including costs, timelines, and quality control.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled workers to meet the needs of our projects.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
Work Environment:

The General Supervisor will work outdoors in a noisy environment, and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots.
