The Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Art Lead with expertise in video development, graphic design, and mobile game marketing to join our innovative marketing organization. Reporting to the Creative Director, this pivotal role will drive the creation of all creative executions required to support effective and efficient marketing efforts across User Acquisition, App Store Optimization, Social/Community, and LiveOps marketing channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Product Marketing to establish compelling selling points for our games, develop quarterly high-level creative plans, and maintain the ad production cadence and schedule.
  2. Lead a team of artists to deliver high-quality ads and assets under aggressive deadlines, supporting User Acquisition, App Store Optimization, Social/Community, and LiveOps marketing efforts.
  3. Work with external vendors to fill production gaps and ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Develop and implement a process for constant brainstorming and ideation with the Creative Director, translating ideas into actionable briefs for creative executions.
  5. Maintain and oversee the Ad creation loop, fostering efficient workflow and team processes, and defining feedback processes for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Drive velocity in process, variety in execution, and volume per cadence, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  7. Communicate effectively with product and game teams, maintaining transparency and aligning on strategic goals.
  8. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with UA teams, keeping stakeholders informed on strategy and production progress.
  9. Stay up-to-date with game developments, new assets, features, and events, leveraging this knowledge to inform creative decisions.
  10. Conduct competitor research and analysis, identifying successful themes, ads, and formats within our genre and for our competitors.
  11. Participate in ASO planning by contributing creative and product expertise, helping to shape app store listings and visibility.

Your Background:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience developing and executing video creative.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Design principles.
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills, driving thoughtful creative executions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple projects and tight turnarounds.
  • Thorough understanding of consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and partner ad networks.
  • Familiarity with creating video assets for iOS and Google Play storefronts.
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter attitude with exceptional communication skills and a team-first approach.

This is a remote-based role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Please note that base pay offered is based on market location, and individualized factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations may influence compensation packages. Total compensation may include bonus and/or equity awards, eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, 16 paid holidays per calendar year, unlimited discretionary time off, and up to 6.5 sick days per calendar year.
