Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective safety strategies for our clients
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Providing training and guidance to clients' staff on safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety best practices are integrated into all aspects of business operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in a senior safety role
  • Proven track record of driving operational safety improvements in regulated safety-critical and process-led businesses
  • Degree-qualified or similar, ideally in Health and Safety or Engineering
  • Chartered membership with a relevant industry-related body (e.g. IOSH or IIRSM)
  • Exceptional influencing skills and ability to act as a role model and play a wider role in the context of CPG's executive forum
