The Director of Education Strategy will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of education products and services at CSA Group. This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning theories and industry trends in post-secondary, industry, and continuing education environments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in product development for education, with a focus on post-secondary or continuing education levels. They will also possess excellent business, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
The Director of Education Strategy will be responsible for overseeing the development of long-term competitive and market assessments, identifying commercially viable education business opportunities, and leading the strategic planning process for education products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion
- Lead the development of business cases for investment in education products and services
- Oversee the development of annual education product and services marketing plans
- Monitor strategic sales activities and engage with cross-functional teams to support proactive and nimble response to opportunities
