Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure continuous operation.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Enter data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Organized and able to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Client-focused and results-driven.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.
  • No heavy lifting or physical demands required.

Compensation and Benefits:
