Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator at Marble Slab Creamery & Poko Popcorn Prince George. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to electronic inquiries from customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure continuous operation.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Enter data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized and able to maintain accurate records and files.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment.
- No heavy lifting or physical demands required.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
