About the Opportunity

HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to join our Factor Canada team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of standard operating models, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to define and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, On-time Delivery, and Team member engagement.
  • Partner with Global Stakeholders to identify business and use cases for material management and production tools, systems, and equipment enhancements.
  • Create and maintain a performance-focused work environment, promoting a learning culture and developing continuous improvement capability across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver communication and change management plans to internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement and sustain operational changes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain, with a focus on Continuous Improvement implementation.
  • Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety principles and their application in a warehouse and food manufacturing environment.
  • Authentic leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and simplify complex issues and drive rapid, focused, and data-driven solutions.
