The Associate Director position at Queen's University is a senior leadership role that oversees the effective management, administration, planning and coordination of departmental operations and initiatives.

This individual will be accountable for assessing the department's ongoing and emerging needs, developing strategies, policies, procedures and process improvements, as well as implementing new and ongoing initiatives across various spheres of departmental activity.

With significant decision-making responsibility and high levels of professionalism and discretion required, this role involves leading a team of administrative and research staff, building and maintaining collaborative relationships with senior leaders in the Faculty of Health Sciences, affiliated teaching hospitals, and other community organizations.

As an expert communicator, delegator, planner, and problem solver, the incumbent will also prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusion while ensuring excellent judgement and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
