About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient collection of outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying and resolving issues, and negotiating repayment plans with customers.
  • Collection Activities: Perform outbound calls, send correspondence, and utilize online tools to collect outstanding accounts.
  • Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate records, document collections activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, collections, or a target-driven call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work full-time in our office in Pickering, ON, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
