Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Precision Workforce.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing reports, resolving work-related issues, and providing technical guidance to staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Manage a team of over 20 people, including shippers and receivers, and provide training on duties and policies.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and assign work tasks, establish work schedules, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, department heads, and other stakeholders.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Windows) and able to learn new technologies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with tight deadlines and varying work schedules.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
