Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead a Team: Lead a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimal stockouts.
  • Monitor Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Compensation
