About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting pleadings/affidavits, and financial disclosures
* Maintaining client files in an organized fashion both physically and electronically
* Communicating with clients, court officials, and other lawyers

The Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging between $40,000 - $43,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and a generous vacation allotment.

What You Bring:

* Previous Receptionist or Customer Service Representative experience
* Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
