Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and will be required to work under pressure. You will be physically demanding and will need to be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and walk for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
