About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at AMELIA MUTIA. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Support Services: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, provide flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
