Department: Service

Main Responsibilities:
  • Employ diagnostic methodologies to determine repairs required over the phone and on-site.
  • Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
  • Efficiently plan and manage repairs and scheduled maintenance.
  • Complete service documents clearly within the prescribed time.
  • Order parts needed to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Follow procedures for Warranty work and parts crediting.
  • Promote Manulift values to existing and potential clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Desired Skills:
  • A relevant license is considered an asset (421A, 310T, 310S).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience reading schematics (Electrical and hydraulic).
  • Strong knowledge in hydraulic, electric, and electronic.
  • Bilingualism: fluency in French and English both orally and in writing.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of comfort in using a computer daily.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Results-focused.
  • Customer service-oriented.
