**Job Summary**

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Student Cashier. As a Student Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process customer purchases through cash register, including handling pricing, coupons, rain checks, and cheque authorization.
  • Provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operative's standards in courtesy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of merchandise displays for regular stock as well as for special sales and promotional events.
  • Maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work with co-workers and public.
  • Must have the desire to learn and perform duties with minimum supervision after training period has been completed.
  • Energetic, upbeat nature.
  • Must be bondable.
