Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer interaction, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our banking products and services, including Everyday Banking, personal unsecured lending, and mobile, ATM, and online banking.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
