We are seeking a qualified Instructor to join our team at U-Top Academy Ltd. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality educational programs and contributing to the growth and development of our students.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that involves teaching students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory studies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching: Deliver instructional content to students, promoting academic excellence and providing a supportive learning environment.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Prepare, administer, and mark tests and papers to evaluate student progress, as well as provide constructive feedback.
- Course Development: Develop and maintain course materials, outlines, and assessments to ensure alignment with curriculum requirements.
- Student Support: Provide assistance to students with special needs, ensuring equal access to educational opportunities.
- Program Evaluation: Conduct program evaluations or reviews to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- College Diploma or Degree: A college diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience is an asset, but not necessarily required.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or specialized training may be advantageous.
