The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, while ensuring efficient service delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Chef Duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Food Safety and Quality: Implement and maintain strict food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and minimizing waste.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
