Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our front-line staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide support as needed.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Provide staff training and development opportunities to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using our computerized reservation and ticketing system.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a hotel or resort setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization.
  • Client focus, dependability, and flexibility.
